Everything at this nice budget hotel was fine as we expected. The location was incredible and wonderful, at a short distance from a lively market. There were a night market and a market around the venue...

Outstanding Location the spot of this place was just perfect, only a short walk from a stunning 14th-century tower. we booked a room with a view, which was the cherry on top! 🌟.

We both had a wonderful stay at Marriotte Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and found excellent and cheap tours and flights for us. We had a total of 7 nights there and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms are brand-new and huge, and are complete with a window facing, balcony plus 1 queen size bed. The location is top and personnel is WONDERFULLY HELPFUL.

The staff here were welcoming and kind, and the hotel's location is excellent, with popular attractions nearby such as Piazza del Duomo.

We spent in the hotel for only 1 night but it really felt like home. All the people in the reception are so nice and helpful, in the moment you arrive you sit with one of them to coffie/tea and explain you trip timing/schedule and they help you to build the best trip you can (trips to halong-bay, sapa , parfume pagoda ). they remmember your name every time you go in , and really intrest in your trip and in how they can help. We orderd with them trip to halong-bay and a train to sapa and we got exactuly what we paid for ( they are very ttrustable ). we left in the hotel 1 of our luggages for more the a week , and I felt I can really trust them . the hotel located in the middle of the market ( right in the center ) so it is very close to everything.

Hanoi marriotte Hotel is located in the middle of all the action of Hoan Kiem. The lake is a short walk away, bars and restaurants everywhere, street food is good and cheap. The staff are friendly and helpful, always smiling. The rooms are clean., but could be better.

The rooms here are clean and fantastic, great for those on a budget 👌. the food is awesome overall, and you even have the option of trying out Pane e dolci sapori nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice location, room was clean and fully equipped. I came to Hanoi when the weather was freezing cold at 9 degree but inside the room it was cool just like in normal contioned room. 1 plus point is that it required advanced payment to get good deal on Booked.net, but I called the hotel and they said it wasn't necessary.

Soundproofing was not good.

Thank you for a perfect stay. This recently renovated hostel has quiet rooms and friendly staff. the location is unbeatable and great, only a short 10-15 minute walk from San Nicola Church. the on-site restaurant is a wonderful bonus.

I'd like the service of the staffs, they are very friendly and accomodating.

Stayed there for three nights and found the room, staff, breakfast and restaurant to be all excellent. Room was well maintained with in room safe.Food in the restaurant was of a good standard. Situated on a busy intersection which made for interesting watching through the windows over dinner and a couple of beers. Wi fi worked well and the staff were helpful and spoke English well, travel desk in front and i Book tour for 2days 1night to Halong bay and sapa tour for 3nightd, it is amazing tour.price very chip and safe.Overall a good place to stay. Reasonably priced and would stay there again and recommend this hotel to my friends.
